At the end of this activity participants should be able to:

  • To compare the histologic criteria for the WHO-2015 vs. WHO-2021 grading systems for lung adenocarcinoma.
  • Be able to describe the prognostic significance of applying the new vs. the old WHO grading system for surgically resected lung adenocarcinoma.
  • Be familiar with alternative histologic features predictive of outcome in lung adenocarcinoma.
